A simple email is all that’s needed to inquire about an order.

I typically ship UPS unless a more suitable method is found appropriate. I email tracking information to my customers.
Returns are on a case-by-case basis and a simple email or call is all that is needed.
I have a 90 day return policy on tools as long as the tool has not been used.
